What does LTV do?

LTV is a sourcing and quality control partner based in Ho Chi Minh City. We work with EU, UK, and US furniture brands that manufacture in Vietnam. We handle supplier management, product development, QC inspections, compliance documentation, and logistics coordination — either as a full sourcing partner or as a standalone QC service.

 

Where are you based?

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Our team is on the ground, close to the factories we work with.

 

What product categories do you cover?

Indoor wood furniture (solid wood, veneer, MDF), outdoor furniture (teak, aluminum, rope, GRC, ceramics), upholstered furniture (sofas, dining chairs, accent seating), and home accessories (lighting, planters, mirrors, selected décor).

 

How big is the LTV team?

LTV is a small, senior team. You work directly with the people managing your account — not with a rotating pool of junior staff.

 

QC Services

What is your QC-Only service?

We handle inspections for brands that manage their own supplier relationships but need independent quality control on the ground. We don't get involved in sourcing or logistics — we inspect, report, and let you decide. One inspection generates one structured report, shared the same day.

 

What types of inspections do you offer?

Sample inspections, inline inspections (during production), final inspections (before shipment), and factory audits. See the QC Services page for detail on each.

 

What does a final inspection cover?

Workmanship and finish, dimensions and construction, packaging, labeling, and quantity. Results are checked against the approved sample and the buyer's specifications. A pass or fail result is issued before the shipment is released.

 

What AQL standard do you use?

AQL 2.5 is our default for most furniture categories. We apply the standard specified by the customer if different.

 

How quickly do I receive the inspection report?

The same day as the inspection. LTV runs all inspections on KaizenQ — reports are live from the moment the inspector starts on the factory floor. You can follow the inspection in real time via a single URL, with no attachment and no delay.

 

Can you inspect a factory I sourced myself?

Yes. QC-Only clients manage their own supplier relationships. We inspect independently and report directly to you.

 

What happens if an inspection fails?

We document the defects found, issue a fail result, and flag the corrective actions required. No shipment is released without a pass. We coordinate with the factory on rework where needed, then re-inspect.

 

Sourcing Services

What does full sourcing include?

Supplier identification and selection, product development, sample management, purchase order follow-up, inline and final QC, compliance documentation, and logistics coordination. We manage the supplier relationship so you don't have to.

 

Do you work with existing suppliers or only your own network?

Both. We can integrate into an existing supplier relationship or introduce suppliers from our network. Our approach is to select 1–2 reliable suppliers per category rather than managing a wide, shallow roster.

 

Do you add a markup to supplier prices?

No. You pay the supplier directly. LTV charges a transparent commission on shipment value. No hidden margins.

 

How do you handle compliance for EU shipments?

We verify FSC and EUDR/EUTR documentation, check fire test reports and labeling requirements, and confirm all documents are correct before clearing any shipment. Compliance is checked as part of our standard process, not as an add-on.

 

Working with LTV

What is your minimum order size?

We typically work with small-batch, high-value orders — around 30 units per SKU is common. We don't impose a minimum, but our service model is designed for brands placing considered orders, not commodity volume.

 

Which countries do your clients ship to?

Primarily the EU and US. We are familiar with compliance requirements for both markets including EUDR, EUTR, CE marking, FSC certification, and fire testing standards.

 

How do you communicate during production?

Regular written updates. For full sourcing clients, production schedules, QC reports, and shipping documents are tracked and shared systematically. You get real-time visibility through KaizenQ during inspections.

 

Can we start with just one order?

Yes. Most clients start with a single PO to test the process before committing to a broader relationship.
